South Central College will be accommodating your stay while at the event, and reservations will be made for you. Double occupancies will be used unless Brad or Shelly are notified upon request of a single arrangement and will result in a higher cost for single occupancy.

Planning for your stay....

  • Towels

  • Laundry facilities and detergent
  • Meals will be catered- breakfast, lunch and dinner with snacks
  • Wireless internet

Items to consider bringing along

  • Alarm clock
  • Due to varying temperatures bring clothes to layer
  • Mattress pad
  • Personal fan

Center Policies

  • Visitors must stay within the academic facilities
  • No alcohol or illegal drugs onsite
  • Smoking not allowed in the facility
  • No open flames inside the facility

Introduction to Agriculture Food Natural and Natural Resources Institute
June 18th- 25th: University of Minnesota Education Center Dormitories located northwest of Saint Peter, MN in New Sweden Township in Nicollet County at a 4,500 dairy farm with an accompanying dorm with capacity for 20 guests.

June 26th- 28th: Best Western Hotel (located in Mankato, MN)

Meals
Meals will be catered each day while at the Dairy Education Center.

When the institute moves to South Central College during week 2, you will be well taken care of at each meal. Also, upon your stay at the Best Western, there will be a dining area with a buffet style eatery.

IF DIETARY NEEDS REQUIRE SPECIAL ATTENTION, PLEASE SHARE THOSE PARTICULARS BY MAY 1ST.
